Regulations for the conveyance of potatoes.

21.—The Minister may by order make regulations (in this Act referred to as regulations for the conveyance of potatoes) in relation to the protection of potatoes from contamination or deterioration in any vehicle, railway wagon, or ship while in transit from registered premises to any place outside Saorstát Eireann.
