Regulations for the grading and packing of potatoes.
|
18.—The Minister may by order make regulations (in this Act referred to as regulations for the grading and packing of potatoes) in regard to all or any of the following matters:—

|
| |
(a) the method and manner in all respects of grading potatoes;
|
|
| |
(b) the condition or state of potatoes in all respects at the time of packing;
|
|
| |
(c) the method and manner in all respects of packing potatoes, including the packages to be used for such packing;
|
|
| |
(d) the prohibition of packing of any particular grades or descriptions of potatoes.
