	Breach of statutory condition.	8.—(1) If any person being the holder of a fish sales licence fails to comply with the statutory condition such person shall be guilty of an offence under this section and shall be liable on summary conviction thereof to a fine not exceeding twenty pounds.
		(2) Where a person is convicted of an offence under this section the Minister may revoke the fish sales licence held by such person.
