THE PUBLIC BODIES (DUBLIN) ORDER, 1930.

In pursuance of the powers vested in him by the Local Government Acts, 1925 to 1927, and of all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Minister for Local Government and Public Health hereby orders as follows, that is to say :—

1.—(1) This Order may be referred to as " The Public Bodies (Dublin) Order, 1930."

(2) The Public Bodies Orders, 1925 to 1929, and this Order shall be read as one Order and may be referred to collectively as " The Public Bodies Orders, 1925 to 1930."

2.—(1) From and after the date of this Order the Public Bodies Orders, 1925 to 1929, shall (subject to the exceptions hereinafter set forth) have full force and effect in the County and City of Dublin.

(2) Sub-article (2) of Article 1 of the Public Bodies Order, 1925, shall cease to have effect.

(3) The Road Works Scheme for the County of Dublin for the year commencing on the 1st day of April, 1931, may be delivered to the Secretary less than two months, but not less than one month, before the date fixed for the Road Works Meeting, and sub-article (1) of Article 48 of the Public Bodies Order, 1925, shall have effect accordingly.

(4) The provisions of sub-article (4) of Article 50 of the Public Bodies Order, 1925, shall not have effect in relation to the Road Works Scheme for the County of Dublin for the year commencing on the 1st day of April, 1931.

(5) No provision in the Public Bodies Orders, 1925 to 1929, shall have effect so as to render illegal any expenditure upon the construction or maintenance of any road in the County of Dublin incurred before the 1st day of April, 1931, which expenditure would have been legal but for the application of the said Orders to the said County by this Order.
