Period for erection of houses.

5.—The First Schedule to the Principal Act is hereby amended by the insertion therein of the following rule in lieu of rule 4 now contained therein, and the said Schedule and also section 2 of the Principal Act shall be construed and have effect accordingly, that is to say:—

“4. The erection of a house shall have been begun after the 1st day of April, 1929 and before the 1st day of April, 1931 and shall have been completed on or before the 31st day of October, 1931, or within such further period not exceeding four months as the Minister in any particular case may allow.”
