	Interpretation.	1.—In this Act the expression “the Principal Act” shall mean the Waterford and Bishop Foy Endowed Schools Act, 1902.
		The expression “the Governors” shall have the same meaning as in the Principal Act.
		The expression “the Commissioners” shall mean the Commissioners of Charitable Donations and Bequests for Ireland.
