DISTRICT COURT (NEW AREAS) ORDER, 1927: VARIATION ORDER No. 5.

I, JAMES FITZGERALD-KENNEY Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (3) of Section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows, that is to say:—

1. The District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Statutory Rules and Orders, 1927, No. 103), is hereby varied as follows, viz.:—

In Part I of the Schedule, the District Electoral Divisions of Aghamore, Kilkelly, Urlaur, Cloonmore, Doocastle, Kilbeagh and Sonnagh, in the County Mayo, are to be transferred from the Swineford Court Area and will constitute a separate Court Area, the Court for which will be held at Charlestown at 12 o'clock, noon, on the second Thursday of the months of January, April and October.

2. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation Order No. 5), and shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1930.
