DISTRICT COURT (NEW AREAS) ORDER 1927: VARIATION, ORDER No. 1.

I, JAMES FITZGERALD-KENNEY, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (3) of Section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby order as follows, that is to say:—

1. The District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Statutory Rules and Orders, 1927, No. 103), is hereby varied as follows, viz.:—

In Part II. of the Schedule—

(a) delete all reference to the Court at Drum in County Donegal and the corresponding Court Area;

(b) include in the Court Area of Milford in the same County the following District Electoral Divisions, viz.:— Carrowkeel, Fanad North, Fanad West, Greenfort and Rosnakill, being the District Electoral Divisions hitherto included in the Drum Court Area.

2. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation Order No. 1), and shall come into operation on the 1st day of November, 1929.
