THE STREET TRADING (CITY OF DUBLIN) REGULATIONS, 1926, AMENDMENT ORDER, 1929.

Whereas by Section 13 of the Street Trading Act, 1926 (No. 15 of 1926), it is enacted that the Minister for Justice may by order make regulations for certain purposes therein specified :

AND WHEREAS the Street Trading (City of Dublin) Regulations, 1926 (hereinafter called the Principal Regulations) were made under the said section ;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend the said Regulations in the manner hereinafter set out :

NOW I, JAMES FITZGERALD-KENNEY, Minister for Justice, by virtue of the powers conferred upon me by Section 13 of the Street Trading Act, 1926 (No. 15 of 1926), and of all other powers enabling me in this behalf do hereby order and prescribe as follows :—

1. The. Principal Regulations shall read and have effect as though the words " Upper and Lower Camden Street, Wexford Street " were inserted after the words " Parliament Street " in Clause 3 of the Principal Regulations and in Sub-note 5 on form 2 in the Schedule to the Principal Regulations.

2. This Order may be cited as The Street Trading (City of Dublin) Regulations, 1926, Amendment Order, 1929.
