Civic Guard (Acquisition of Premises) (Amendment) Act, 1929

Extension of time for exercise of powers.

1.—Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Civic Guard (Acquisition of Premises) (Amendment) Act, 1928 (No. 7 of 1928), the power of acquiring premises and the powers ancillary thereto conferred on the Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland by the Civic Guard (Acquisition of Premises) Act, 1923 (No. 24 of 1923), shall, subject to the other provisions of that Act, be exercisable until the 16th day of July, 1930, and no longer.
