ORDER OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND TECHNICAL INSTRUCTION FOR IRELAND. 28/01/1928:

NORTHERN IRELAND POTATOES IMPORTATION ORDER, 1926, AMENDMENT ORDER OF 1928.

(Dated Twenty-eighth day of January, 1928.)

The Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction for Ireland, by virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Destructive Insects and Pests Acts, 1877 and 1907, and of every other power them in this behalf enabling, do hereby, with the concurrence of the Minister for Lands and Agriculture, order as follows :—

1. The Northern Ireland Potatoes Importation Order, 1926, shall be read and have effect as if the railway stations at Maghera and Knockloughrim, in the County of Londonderry, were not named in Article 3 (1) of that Order.

COMMENCEMENT.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the twenty-eighth day of January, 1928.

In Witness whereof the Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction for Ireland have hereunto set their Official Seal this twenty-eighth day of January, 1928.
