THE PORTAL INSPECTION ORDER OF 1924, AMENDMENT ORDER OF 1928 (No. 2).

Dated 20th November, 1928.

The Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction for Ireland, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in them under the Agriculture and Technical Instruction (Ireland) Act, 1899, the Diseases of Animals Acts, 1894 to 1914, and of every other power enabling them in this behalf, do, with the concurrence of the Minister for Agriculture, hereby order :—

1. On and after the date hereof the place described in the Schedule to this Order shall be deemed to be a place of Inspection at Limerick Port, in addition to the place at that Port described in the Portal Inspection Order of 1924, and the provisions of that Order shall be read and have effect accordingly.

2. This Order may be cited as " The Portal Inspection Order of 1924 Amendment Order of 1928 (No. 2).'

IN WITNESS whereof the Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction for Ireland have hereunto set their Official Seal this Twentieth day of November, nineteen hundred and twenty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

The yard and pens with cement floors belonging to the Limerick Harbour Commissioners, situated at the Limerick Docks, being bounded on the south side by the Dock South boundary wall, on the east by the Dock East boundary wall, and on the west and north by a high post and rail fence. This yard is separated by the Dock Road from the other yard at Limerick Port, referred to in Article 1 of this Order.
