The Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction for Ireland, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in them under the Agriculture and Technical Instruction (Ireland) Act, 1899, the Diseases of Animals Acts, 1894 to 1914, and of every other power enabling them in this behalf, do, with the concurrence of the Minister for Lands and Agriculture, hereby order:—
1. On and after the date hereof, the place described in the Schedule to this Order shall be deemed to be a place of Inspection at Wexford Port in addition to the place at that Port described in the Portal Inspection Order of 1924, and the provisions of that Order shall be read and have effect accordingly.
2. This Order may be cited as " The Portal Inspection Order of 1924, Amendment Order of 1928."

The shed, yard, and pens with paved brick and concrete floors, situated between Trinity Street and the Quay side, with an entrance in Trinity Street, and exit on Quay side, in the occupation of James J. Stafford and Sons, Wexford.
