(COLLECTION OF CONTRIBUTIONS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS, 1928.

Regulations made by the Irish Insurance Commissioners with the concurrence of the Minister for Local Government and Public Health under the National Health Insurance Acts, 1911 to 1927. Dated 21st June, 1928.

The Irish Insurance Commissioners, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the National Health Insurance Acts, 1911 to 1927, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, do hereby, with the concurrence of the Minister for Local Government and Public Health, make the following Regulations:—

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Insurance (Collection of Contributions) Amendment Regulations, 1928.

(2) The Interpretation Act, 1889, as modified and adapted by or under the Adaptation of Enactments Act, 1922 , applies to the interpretation of these Regulations as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

2.—Article 32 of the National Health Insurance (Collection of Contributions) Consolidated Regulations (Ireland), 1918, shall have effect as if the Schedule hereto were substituted for the Third Schedule to those Regulations.

SCHEDULE.

Employment.

Principal Employer.

Employment where the immediate employer of the contributor himself works as an employee in or for the business of the principal employer and where the principal employer has a right to the exclusive services of the immediate employer of the contributor.

The person in whose business or for the purpose of whose business the contributor is employed.
