ORDER OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND TECHNICAL INSTRUCTION FOR IRELAND. 10/05/1927:

NORTHERN IRELAND POTATOES IMPORTATION ORDER, 1926, AMENDMENT ORDER OF 1927.

(Dated 10th day of May, 1927.)

The Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction for Ireland, by virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Destructive Insects and Pests Acts, 1877 and 1907, and of every other power them in this behalf enabling, do hereby, with the concurrence of the Minister for Lands and Agriculture, order as follows:—

1. The Northern Ireland Potatoes Importation Order, 1926, shall be read and have effect as if the townland of Ballynahone, in the Barony of Dungannon Upper, in the County of Tyrone were included in Part II of the First Schedule to that Order.

2. The provisions of Article 4 of the Northern Ireland Potatoes Importation Order, 1926, shall not apply to potatoes carried or driven in a horse-drawn vehicle by a farmer or his servants in the course of his business as a farmer.

Commencement.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the 16th day of May, 1927.
