STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1927. No. 6.

MEDICAL ACT, 1925 (SIXTH CONTINUANCE) ORDER, 1927.

WHEREAS it is enacted by section 2 of the Medical Act, 1926 (No. 4 of 1926), that the Medical Act, 1925 (No. 2 of 1925), shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary therein, continue in force until the 21st day of August, 1926, and shall then expire unless further continued by an Order of the Executive Council made under the said Medical Act, 1926 :

AND WHEREAS it is enacted by section 3 of the said Medical Act, 1926 , that the Executive Council, if they so think fit, may by an order made before the 21st day of August, 1926, continue the said Medical Act, 1925 , in force for one month from the said 21st day of August, 1926, and may thereafter from time to time by order made before the expiration of the said Act under the last previous Order made under the said section now in recital continue the said Act in force for one month from the date on which that Act would have expired under such last previous order:

AND WHEREAS by virtue of orders made from time to time by the Executive Council under the said section 3 of the Medical Act, 1926 , the said Medical Act, 1925 , has been continued in force until the 21st day of January, 1927:

NOW, THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL, in exercise of the power conferred on them by section 3 of the Medical Act, 1926 (No. 4 of 1926), do hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Medical Act, 1925 (Sixth Continuance) Order, 1927.

2. The Medical Act, 1925 (No. 2 of 1925), shall continue in force until the 21st day of February, 1927.
