Expenses. |
15.—(1) All expenses incurred by the Minister for Justice in carrying this Act into execution shall to such extent as may be sanctioned by the Minister for Finance be paid out of moneys to be provided by the Oireachtas. | |
(2) All expenses incurred by the Corporation in carrying this Act into execution shall be defrayed out of the rate or fund applicable to the purposes of the Public Health (Ireland) Act, 1878 . |
