Termination of authority of First or Second Dáil Eireann.

7.—For the purposes of this Act, no authority conferred by or derived from the First Dáil Eireann or the Second Dáil Eireann shall be considered to have been terminated by the setting up of the Provisional Government of Ireland, or by the confirmation, continuance, or recognition of such authority by that Government, or by the election of the Third Dáil Eireann.
