Certain monies not to be included in income.

6.—(1) In calculating the income mentioned in paragraph (b) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Act of 1911, no account shall be taken of any amounts received during a period of not more than six months in any year by a person or by the husband or wife of a person (as the case may be) under a medical certificate as sickness benefit or disablement benefit from a Friendly Society or a Trade Union or under the National Insurance Act, 1911.

(2) Clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act of 1919 is hereby repealed.
