CERTIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS.

REGULATION of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce dated 11th September, 1923, amending the Regulations dated 26th March, 1919, as to the Certification of Copies and Translations of Documents required by Section 274 of the COMPANIES (CONSOLIDATION) ACT, 1908, as adapted by the EXTERNAL COMPANIES ADAPTATION ORDER, 1923, to be lodged with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies.

In regard to certified copies of documents required by Section 274 of THE COMPANIES (CONSOLIDATION) ACT, 1908, as adapted by the EXTERNAL COMPANIES ADAPTATION ORDER, 1923, to be filed with the Registrar, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce do hereby prescribe in the manner following, that is to say :—

The provisions of paragraph 2 of the said Regulations of 26th March, 1919, shall be deemed to refer to and include the case of a Company incorporated in Great Britain or Northern Ireland.
