Conduct of Dáil elections. |
24.—It shall be the duty of the returning officer for each constituency to conduct every Dáil election in that constituency according to the rules contained in the Third , Fourth and Fifth Schedules to this Act, and such further rules (not being inconsistent with the rules aforesaid) as shall from time to time be made by the Minister for Local Government. |
