2. The provisions of section thirty-four of the Petty Sessions (Ireland) Act, 1851, and section ten of the Fines Act (Ireland), 1851, with respect to recognizances shall apply to a recognizance, of which the condition is to be of good behaviour or to be of good behaviour and keep the peace, in like manner as they apply to a recognizance of which the condition is to keep the peace.
