2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Post Office Savings Bank Act, 1908, and may be cited with the Post Office Savings Bank Acts, 1861 to 1904, as the Post Office Savings Bank Acts, 1861 to 1908.
(2) This Act shall extend to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, and the Royal Courts of the Channel Islands shall register the same.
