Act to be construed together with Kingstown Improvement Act, 1861, 24 & 25 Vict. c. cxviii.

2. This Act so far as it relates to any roads, footways, or land transferred to the Commissioners of the Township of Kingstown, shall be construed as one with the Kingstown Improvement Act, 1861, and the several Acts and parts of Acts incorporated therewith so far as they are not expressly varied by this Act.
