Lands, &c. held for the service of the Customs to vest in the Board of Works.

2. All lands and hereditaments in Ireland which are at the time of the passing of this Act vested in the secretary to the Commissioners of Her Majesty's Customs (in this Act called the Commissioners of Customs) or any other person in trust for the Commissioners or for the use and service of Her Majesty's Customs, and also all lands and hereditaments in Ireland which are at the time of the passing of this Act vested in the Commissioners of Works for the use and service of the Inland Revenue, shall become and are hereby vested in the Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland (herein-after called the Commissioners of Public Works) for the public service, and shall be subject to the provisions of the Public Works (Ireland) Act, 1869, in all respects as if the same had been acquired under the provisions of that Act.
