Vesting of property in sanitary authorities.

10. All such property real and personal including all interests rights and easements in, to, and out of property real and personal (including things in action), as belongs to or is vested in any sanitary authority as the sanitary authority of any district under the Sanitary Acts, shall continue vested in such authority, subject to all debts liabilities and obligations affecting the same property.

All such property of a sanitary authority shall be held by such authority upon trust for the district or several places respectively within its jurisdiction for the purposes of this Act.
