Jurisdiction transferred to Court of Appeal

23. The Court of Appeal shall be a Superior Court of Record, and there shall be transferred to and vested in such Court all jurisdiction and powers of the Courts following; (that is to say,)

All jurisdiction and powers of the Lord Chancellor and of the Court of Appeal in Chancery, in the exercise of his and its appellate jurisdiction, and of the same Court sitting as a Court of Appeal from the Court of Probate, the Court for Matrimonial Causes and Matters, the Landed Estates Court, the High Court of Admiralty, or the Court of Bankruptcy:
