Particulars of entry of goods intended to be warehoused.

57. The importer of any goods intended to be warehoused without payment of duty on the first entry thereof, or his agent, shall deliver to the collector or other officer authorised to receive the same a bill of entry in the form No. 3 in Schedule B. to this Act, and containing the several particulars indicated in or required thereby, or in such other form and manner as the Commissioners of Customs may direct; and such bill of entry, when signed by such collector or officer, shall be transmitted to the proper officer of Customs, and be the warrant for the due warehousing of such goods; and upon the entry of any warehoused goods for home consumption Form No. 2 may be used, with the addition of the date of warehousing.
