Saving for rocket and fog stations.

98. This Act shall not apply—

(1.) To the keeping of any rockets for use in any apparatus for saving life, kept under the control of the Admiralty or the Board of Trade; or

(2.) To the keeping of any explosive kept for the purpose of signalling at or near a station on the sea coast, under the control of any general lighthouse authority, as defined by the [1] Merchant Shipping Act, 1854.
