Lunacy Regulation (Ireland) Act, 1871

Commission may be superseded on conditions.

102. If it shall appear to the Lord Chancellor that it is not expedient or for the benefit of the lunatic that the Commission should be unconditionally superseded, but that same should be superseded on terms and conditions, he may, upon the consent of the lunatic and such other persons, if any, whose consent he may deem necessary, order the Commission to be superseded upon such terms and conditions as shall think proper.
