Landed Property Improvement (Ireland) Act, 1866

All Public Moneys advanced to be charged and, chargeable as if 28 & 29 Vict. c. 88. had not been passed.

1. That in all Cases where Public Moneys have been or may hereafter be advanced under and by virtue of the Provisions of the said Acts, or any of them, or by virtue of any Act which may be hereafter passed for the like Purpose, the said Moneys so advanced shall be charged and chargeable on all Lands and Estates, and Interest in Lands, and on all Persons and Bodies whatsoever, in the same Manner and in the same Priority, and shall be recoverable by the same Means 1865,” had not been passed.
