Tools and actual necessaries of judgment debtors, not exceeding 5l. in value, not to be seized in execution.

9. [Recital.] The wearing apparel and bedding of any debtor in Ireland under a judgment, or order, or of his family, and the tools and implements of his trade, the value of such apparel, bedding, tools, and implements not exceeding in the whole the value of five pounds, shall not be liable to seizure under any execution or order of any court against his goods and chattels.
