Voting by subscribers to fever hospitals at elections of officers.

3. No person who shall become a subscriber to any such hospital shall be permitted to vote at the election of any surgeon, physician, apothecary, or other officer or person to be employed or retained in or about such fever hospital, unless he or she shall have respectively been a subscriber to such hospital for one year at least before such election shall take place.
