Said society may sued and be sued by the name of “the society of the king’s inns.“

III. And be it enacted, That the said society of king’s inns, shall and may sue and be sued by the name of the society of the king’s inns, in all cases in any way respecting the said lands, or any buildings to be erected thereon.
