S.I. No. 203/2024 - Planning and Development, Maritime and Valuation (Amendment) Act 2022 (Section 44) (Commencement) Order 2024

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 17th May, 2024.

I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Planning and Development, Maritime and Valuation (Amendment) Act 2022 (No. 29 of 2022), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development, Maritime and Valuation (Amendment) Act 2022 (Section 44) (Commencement) Order 2024.

2. The 13th day of May is appointed as the day on which section 44 of the Planning and Development, Maritime and Valuation (Amendment) Act 2022 (No. 29 of 2022) shall come into operation.
