I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Road Traffic Act 2024 (No. 10 of 2024), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 20th day of May 2024 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Road Traffic Act 2024 (No. 10 of 2024) shall come into operation: | ||
(a) Part 1, and | ||
(b) sections 16, 17, 18, 19 and 22. | ||
